David Steckel to a situation where if he was wrong, the penalty would be to go naked out to a common living area, lay down, then masturbate. Stopping or hiding wouldn't be an option and it could only end AFTER he was caught and seen at least once. Soon he called out to be caught just to make it occur sooner since he knew it's what had to happen.
